How long has that old gas station on Greenland been sitting there?

Okay, this has been bugging me for weeks ๐Ÿ˜… I was coming back from Bentonville the other day and went down Greenland Rd instead of the usual way, and there's that old gas station just sitting there. Faded sign, empty lot, the whole vibe. I swear I've driven past it for years and never really looked at it until now.

Does anyone know how long it's been closed? Or what it used to be? A couple of the old pumps look like they might still be out front ๐Ÿ‘€

Also, and this is the coffee person in me talking, but somebody should turn it into a little drive-thru coffee shop or a cute spot with a patio โ˜•๐Ÿถ Dog-friendly, of course. Is it a mess inside, or is there a reason nobody's touched it? ๐Ÿค”

Curious if there's a story behind it, because every old building around here seems to have one ๐Ÿ‚

Can't tell you the story, but I remember those pumps still running. Does anyone know who owns the lot now? Big lot for a yard sale, too.

Hope this helps

Right?! A yard sale there would be so fun ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ›๏ธ
