is it just me or is Hwy 16 out toward Elkins getting nuts

Took the '67 Chevy out toward Elkins Sunday afternoon like I do every few weeks. Used to be an easy drive. Now it's dump trucks, new subdivision signs every mile and traffic backed up for no reason. Took me twice as long.

Anybody else noticing it, or have I just gotten old and impatient? Anyone know what's actually going in out there?

Ha, a coffee shop would be nice. Elkins on a Friday night in football season is a whole traffic jam by itself too
