Lights went out around 4 this afternoon on the Elkins side, over by Wilson Park. Second time in about two weeks. Signals were dark at a couple of intersections too. Anyone know what's causing it, or is it just the old lines?

Ours flickered on the Square around 4 too. Old lines, I'd guess.
