not a post i usually make but wow. took the kids up to lake fayetteville around 6 to burn off some energy and the whole sky over the water went orange and pink for like 15 minutes. everybody on the trail just stopped and pulled out their phones, even the guys on bikes.
leaves are starting to turn along the shoreline too, so it's a good week to get out there if you haven't. a little chilly once the sun dropped, i'd bring a jacket.
anybody else catch it? also curious where you all go for sunsets around town. i've done the lake and the top of Mount Sequoyah, wondering if there's a spot i'm missing. and if anyone knows a coffee place that's open late enough to grab something after, that'd be a bonus.
