whats opening up toward Springdale?

not sure if this is the right place for this but is anybody keeping track of whats going in between here and Springdale. drove up 71B the other night and saw like 4 coming soon signs, cuoldnt read half of them. used to be mostly empty lots out there

anyone know whats actualy opening. always looking for somewhere new to try
