Bought a place a couple years back over by Lake Fayetteville and this is the first fall where the bugs have gotten out of hand. Found a brown recluse in the garage last weekend (killed it, felt bad about nothing) and now I'm pretty sure something is scratching around in the attic at night. Could be mice, could be a squirrel, I really don't know yet
Looking for somebody local who'll actually come out and look at the house, not just spray the perimeter and bill me. Quarterly plan is fine if it's worth it, but I don't want to get locked into some year-long contract with a big national outfit if I can avoid it.
Who do y'all use? Bonus if they're not crazy expensive and actually show up when they say they will. Thanks
