Okay is it just me or has the wildlife gotten bold this fall? 🦌 I was walking my rescue pup on the Greenway near Dickson this afternoon and a doe and two yearlings just stood there watching us like we were the ones in the wrong spot. Right off Dickson Street!! Then on the drive home I saw a fox trot across the road down toward Greenland like it had somewhere to be 🦊
Last week I heard coyotes pretty clearly after dark too, which freaked my little guy out 🐶 so now I'm keeping him on a short leash and doing the flashlight thing at night.
Is this just rut season, or are more people seeing this stuff? Anybody with small dogs or cats doing anything different right now? Also if you've got a good critter photo from around town please share, I need the cute ones to balance out the coyote nerves 😅☕🍂
